We started this journey with high hopes and a million dreams.  Some we fulfilled and others are works in progress.  Mark Twain said, "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection."  It is my intention to focus on continuing to improve.  Each of you are constant sources of strength and inspiration.  I personally am trusting and believing that 2023 will be a breakthrough year for the Village of Lynwood and am challenging myself and you to…….
