Lynwood is still experiencing home construction.

Excalibur Construction is continuing to develop a 90-lot residential project for property west of Burnham Avenue between 198th and 201st Streets. This development called Estates of Lake Lynwood and Oakwood Estates is building quality Homes at reasonable prices.

Development is still moving forward on Ambry Estates, a 44-acre subdivision west of Torrence Avenue at 197th Street. Ambry Estates developer Val Nichols said 110 single-family homes starting at $250,000 will be built. Homes will feature three to five bedrooms.
