911 EMERGENCY IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM

Senior Citizens, or persons with disabilities, who live in Lynwood may apply for an identification bracelet at the police department.  The bracelet is assigned a number and may be worn on the left of right wrist.  If a problem occurs where an individual wearing the bracelet is unable to speak, or provide information about themselves, Public safety Personnel will call the Lynwood Police Department, provide us with the bracelet number, and we will be able to provide them with information that has been given to us by your or a loved one.  There is no cost for the bracelet.  Applications may be obtained at the Police or Fire departments, or in the Village Clerks Office.
